As most of you know I have promised a version of this video for a long time. I finally decided to just record the drills using the Quest over link and the spectator view to make sure it is easy to see my movements in VR and compare them to my movements in real life.
The New Basic Drills can be found here as well as a reminder on how to replace your ball launcher file. Soon we should be able to manage our drills using an official Eleven VR website.

Current status of the game: the throw coefficient has been a big improvement for skill transfer. The delevoper has mentioned adding some more options for speed decay (changes in bounce depending on speed of contact) and some changes to lateral restitution among others that will make the transferability of skills between VR and real life even better.
Hi Colin! Pimples are not yet available in the game bit you can chop decently in the new beta with phaseshift enabled. You can ask for access in the discord channel of eleven. Also if you play with throw a little and keep bounce and spin low you can get close to a short pips feeling though receiving spin with a passive stroke remains too responsive for now (that will change soon though, but pimples will have to wait a bit longer). My paddle serrings now are bounce 50, spin 70 and throw 1.15-1.17 (pimples throw should be around or just below 1).

Hello Alex, great tutorial.Could you please help or guide me.I am a Premiership player playing classical defence in the real world,using long pimples on the backhand.I am finding it difficult to set my bat up in (Eleven),my problem is I keep accidently pressing the side trigger with my grip altering the table height,there does`nt seem to be a comfortable way to hold it as a normal bat .Would really appreciate your help.I can play the same style as yourself if I could only set up my bat properly.Many thanks.Colin.
